Information sent through the contact form
The form asks for your name, phone number, email and message. You can also provide your club and sport. We use these details to assess and respond to your enquiry, without automatically subscribing you to promotional communications.
Processing and retention
Messages are forwarded to Cal4Game’s email through the configured sending service. We retain the information for the time needed to respond and follow up, in accordance with applicable obligations.
Infrastructure and protection against abuse
The site is prepared for hosting on Firebase, a Google platform. The contact service uses technical connection information to limit abusive requests. The network address is converted into a protected identifier and retained temporarily for this purpose.
Cookies and external resources
This version of the site does not include behavioural advertising, analytics tools or non-essential cookies. Fonts and images are hosted with the site. When you open demo applications, maps, broadcasts or other external sites, those services’ policies apply.
Your information and requests
For questions about data processing or requests for access, correction or deletion, contact support@cal4game.com. We do not share personal information publicly. Disclosure may occur when required by law or necessary to provide the service through the configured providers.
Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site and its services. Policies applicable to club applications should be consulted within those applications.
